🇺🇸✨ A Morning of Honor & Pride ✨🇺🇸 This morning, four PRES students proudly shared their original writing at National Wreaths Across America Day, held at the Rehoboth Village Cemetery and Redway Plain. Our third graders read heartfelt poems, and our fourth graders shared powerful essays reflecting on what makes veterans true heroes. Thank you to Jaime Papineau and Poppy’s crew for including us in this moving tribute. A huge thank you to our incredible PTSA for another magical Gingerbread Shoppe! Each year, our amazing PTSA and parent volunteers transform this tradition into something truly special. They guide our students as they thoughtfully choose little gifts and trinkets to show appreciation for the people they love—and the joy on our students’ faces says it all. We are so grateful for the time, care, and heart that goes into making this event happen year after year, creating memories our students will cherish. This week, we celebrated students who have been shining examples of our November Monthly Mindset — Thankful. These students were nominated by their teachers for consistently showing gratitude, kindness, and appreciation for others throughout the month.

Their actions—big and small—help create a warm, caring, and connected school community. We are so proud of each of them! 💚🐝

We’re proud to celebrate our ongoing partnership with Special Olympics and the Unified Schools Program! 💚💛 Today, the Beckwith Believers joined us for an afternoon of connection, teamwork, and fun. Our students spent time getting to know one another through icebreaker games, lots of laughter, and plenty of cheering. We wrapped things up with a friendly round of indoor bocce, and wow, did our athletes shine! We had an absolute blast and can’t wait for our next Unified event. Partnerships like this make our community stronger, more inclusive, and endlessly inspiring.

The competition was fierce, the stakes were high, and the bragging rights were VERY real… but Mrs. Wright’s students emerged victorious in the ultimate Sight-Word Rock, Paper, Scissors Battle this afternoon! Who knew spelling sight words could feel like the championship round of an indoor rainy-day Olympics? Such a fun (and surprisingly intense!) way to learn and stay entertained on a gloomy afternoon!

We are incredibly grateful for the amazing success of this year’s food drive! Thank you to all of the students and families who donated so generously. Because of your kindness and donations, we will be providing Thanksgiving dinner (complete with turkeys!) to six PRES families, and making a substantial donation to the Rehoboth Food Pantry. Your support truly makes a difference in our community!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who sponsored a bit of ☀️sunshine☀️ for our staff on conference day (and night!). Your kindness truly brightened their long day and was such a thoughtful treat. And a very special thank you to our sunshine fairies — Mrs. DiPalma and Ms. MacLean — for delivering these surprises with so much care. We are deeply grateful. 💚

A reminder that we’re once again partnering with the Greater Attleboro Council for Children to help make the season brighter for Dighton and Rehoboth families through the Christmas is for Kids program. New families have until November 22, 2025 to apply. Applications are available at every school and the Superintendent’s Office — or scan the QR code to download one online.

Students will be dismissed at 12:25 p.m. As a reminder, there is no afternoon PreK session on Early Release Days. While breakfast will be served, lunch will not be provided.
